Your telephone calls are important to us and we want to hear from you. Although our line is sometimes busy, it’s not engaged for long stretches of time.
However, we’ve been told by a small number of customers that they can’t get through to us on the telephone because we’re always engaged.
It may be just a coincidence, but the people who can’t get through all say they use Sky as their telephone service provider.
We’re trying to get the problem sorted out with our own telephone service provider – PlusNet – and with BT, which owns all the lines.
What you can do
If you have a problem like this when you’re trying to call us, please try again using a mobile phone or another landline. Please also tell us about your problem so that we can keep trying to fix this flaw in the system. And if you are a SkyTalk customer with this problem, it would really help if you complained to Sky on 0333 759 3332.
